Will non OC headset (GN9330, GN9350, GN9330e, GN9350e, GN9330e USB) work with Microsoft Office Communicator?

Yes, the headset is compatible as an audio device (e.g. you can listen to music) but you will not be able to pick up an incoming call on the headset (no call control). To have call control you should go for GN9330e MS USB or GN9350e MS.

Does the Jabra GN9350 also work with analog phones?

Absolutely. The Jabra GN9350 is compatible with virtually any phone on the market. This is possible because it plugs into the standard handset jack on the phone – not into the phone line itself. The Jabra GN9350’s base has a telephone compatibility switch that needs to be set to optimize its use with different phone types. Because it connects into the handset jack on the phone, the Jabra GN9350 is not compatible with cordless phones.

I hear a ringing tone in my Jabra GN9350 headset yet there is no incoming call. How do I fix this?

The Jabra GN9350 RHL’s sensitivity is set too high. Turn the Jabra GN9350 RHL’s control knob (at the rear of the unit) down to decrease sensitivity.

Which cable connection do I need in my Jabra GN9350 for the electronic call acceptance function?

The Jabra GN9350 is provided with a standard-cable connection for the handset jack and a mini-USB to USB-cable. For the separate electronic call acceptance function a special connection cable must also be ordered in each case.
