GN Netcom’s products are designed for low energy consumption and are produced under the certified ISO 14001 system. GN Netcom seeks to optimize its packaging process to reduce energy consumption during manufacturing and transportation.

Re-place - harmful materials and substances

GN Netcom’s products meet REACH regulation, RoHS, and EU packaging directives, and other similar national regulatory environmental requirements that reduce or eliminate harmful materials and substances such as lead, mercury, and cadmium. Before a new product series is launched, it is tested in GN Netcom’s own RoHS lab.

Re-cycle - product materials

GN Netcom’s products are designed for high recovery and recycle rates and can easily be disassembled for waste processing purposes. This reduces harm to the environment.

Re-use - product components

GN Netcom has developed standard components and platform designs on which new product developments are based. With GN Netcom’s platform design principles, a large number of parts can be reused for production and new product designs.

Re-pair - or replace?

GN Netcom products are designed with easy repair/recycling in mind. During the design process, an ecological cost-benefit analysis is performed (recycling vs. repair) in order to ensure that the product is designed with regard to energy consumption during its entire lifecycle.
