Can the headset be charged via PC?

A USB charger is included in the package. Headset can be charged via PC or MAC.

I hear crackling noises

For the best audio quality, always wear your headset on the same side of the body as your mobile phone. Bluetooth is a radio technology, which means it is sensitive to objects between the headset and the connected device. It is designed for the headset and the connected device to be used within 10 metres (33 feet) of each other, with no major objects in the way (walls, etc.).

Does my headset work with other Bluetooth equipment?

Your headset is designed to work with most Bluetooth mobile phones. It can also work with other Bluetooth devices that are compliant with Bluetooth version 1.1, 1.2 and support a headset and/or handsfree Bluetooth profile. Use our Compatibility Guide above to see if your headset is compatible with your Bluetooth phone.

How do I pair the JX10 Series II with my cell phone?

Put the JX10 Series II in discoverable mode: With the headset on, press the pairing button (on the back of the headset) until the blue light stays on without flashing. Go into the Bluetooth menu on your cell phone and follow the cell phone’s instruction guide for pairing a Bluetooth headset. This generally involves going into a “devices” or “hands free” menu and adding a new device. Your phone may ask if you want to pair with the headset, accept by pressing “yes” or “OK” and confirm with the passkey or PIN 0000 (4 zeros).

I cannot use Reject call, Call on hold, Redial or Voice dialling?

These functions are dependent on your phone supporting them. Please check your phone’s manual for further details.

How can I replace my broken ear hook on my JX10 Series II?

Pairing with mobile phones

You may have deleted your headset pairing connection in your mobile phone. Ensure that both devices are fully charged. Follow the pairing instructions in the user manual.

How do I use the multipoint feature of the JX10 Series II?

The JX10 Series II can be paired with multiple Bluetooth-enabled devices such as 2 cell phones simultaneously. Simply pair another device in the usual pairing manner. When not on a call on either device, the JX10 Series II will be in “active standby mode,” waiting for a call. If one of the cell phones receives a call, it will immediately go to the headset and the other cell phone will appear as if no Bluetooth headset is paired with it. When the call is complete, the JX10 Series II will be in active standby again with both phones. You cannot switch between the two cell phones on the headset if you receive calls on both.
