I have distorted sound in the headset

The audio level is typically controlled by the music player. For optimal performance the volume on the music player should be set to a maximum of 80% of the maximum output volume.

The audio volume is low or non existent

Make sure the audio cable is plugged in correctly,Check the audio volume of your audio source

There is no power in the speaker

Make sure that the Universal power supply connector is plugged into the back of the unit and that the power supply cord is connected to a wall outlet
